Participation

Please confirm the Sunday prior to the listed art walk date that you will be showing, if you’d like to be included in promotional marketing materials. Feel free to participate in the art walk regardless, simply let the team know you will be showing.

Donations

To support the general mission of the Art Walk, we ask all artists to determine a % of proceeds from sales to donate to the Pines Care Center
- Artists to process tax-deductible donation directly

Payment Options

We ask that all artists determine the best method for accepting payments themselves: Cash, Check, Paypal, Zelle, Venmo, etc. Remember, people will be walking and may not have access to all forms of payment, so please be flexible and have more than one form available. If assistance on accepting payments is needed, please email: heygurl@127beachhill.com

Note: Please feel free to take a break as needed. 127 Beach Hill will be accessible to all Artists for refreshments and bathroom usage.
